In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable) or Store Credit for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed APPAREL with all tags attached, returned within 10 business days of delivery of merchandise. International returns must be sent back within 14-21 business days (based on distance of country from US). All JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS and SWIMSUITS are FINAL SALE; unless defective or damaged. SALES ITEMS are FINAL SALE. We encourage you to read the product descriptions and review the SIZE GUIDE prior to placing your order. Currently, we can only process exchanges for the same item (not for different styles and colors).
All returns require a valid return authorization number. Please submit a RETURN REQUEST to receive return authorization. Return Requests must be made within 72 hours of receipt and the return must be received within 10 business days from receipt to receive a full refund. Please click here to REQUEST RETURN. The return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed back to you.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns, unless the incorrect size or item was shipped or the item is defective or damaged. If the damaged item is out of stock a refund or store credit will be issued.
We advise using a trackable shipping method to return items. We will not accept liability for lost/stolen returns.

Once your return is received please allow up to 10 business days for your store credit or refund to be issued. If there are signs of wear and tear, and item is not returned in its original condition with tags attached, we reserve the right to not accept your return. Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box (no postage labels affixed to shoe boxes).
